Terms Of Use

These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) apply to the mobile application named Easy Customer (“App”), and any documentation that we make available to you in connection with the App (“Documents”).
EmaTechnoApp (“we,” “us” and “our”) licenses use of the App and Documents to you on the basis of and subject to your compliance with these Terms and those rules applied by Google (“Play Store Rules”) in respect of “App Store”.
We do not sell the App or Documents to you. We remain the owners of the App and Documents at all times.

Important Notice
In order to use the App, you must have a compatible device which meets the following minimum specifications: Android devices. Any compatible device to which you download the App will be known as a “Device” for the purposes of these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, accessing or using the App. By downloading the App you agree to these Terms, which will bind you. If you do not agree to these Terms, we will not license the App and Documents to you and you must stop the downloading process. However, please note that you will lose the right to cancel the transaction once you download the App or Documents. You should print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or my trademarks in any way.
You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to EmaTechnoApp.

I'm committed to ensure that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, I reserve the right to make changes to the APP or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

The EASY Customer APP stores and processes personal data that you have provided, in order to provide the service the app is intended for.It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. I therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone (eg. removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device).
I don't take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality, if you don’t have access to WiFi and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
Please do not forget that agreements terms with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the APP, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you are outside of your region/country.

Furthermore, I don't take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, I cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to my responsibility for your use of the app, although I endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, I do rely on third parties to provide information to me so that I can make it available to you. I accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

Furthermore, I do not accept any liability for damages, costs and/or losses caused by a malfunction of the app. Examples of mulfunctions are: data loss, service unavailability, wrong or altered data, unavailable/lost/damaged file backups.

I strongly suggest to make regular backups of all your data by using the "backup" feature available on the app itself. I can't guarantee the backup feature will backup all your data correctly and so I will not be held responsible in case of damage or costs caused by unavailable/lost/damaged file backups. At some point, I may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems I decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. I do not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you

Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the App and/or the Documents anywhere in the world belong to us or our licensors, that rights in the App and the Documents are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the App or the Documents other than the right to use each of them in accordance with these Terms.
All trade names, trade marks and service marks on the App and the Documents are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trade names, trade marks or service marks in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Nothing contained herein or on the App or Documents should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trade names, trade marks or service marks without express prior written consent of the owner. You acknowledge that you have no right to have access to the App in source-code form

We reserve the right, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to modify, suspend or discontinue the App without notice for valid commercial reasons without liability to you.
Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

In addition, you acknowledge that the App is provided over the Internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the App may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control. Accordingly, we cannot accept any responsibility for any connectivity issues that you may experience when using the App. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that you (and not us) are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband and computer hardware, equipment and services needed to access and use the App or any Services, and for paying any data charges that may be charged to you by your network provider in connection with your use of the App.

What personal data are collected and for what reason
I do not explicitly collect any personal data from the user. The only data collected and stored by the app are those you voluntarily entered during normal use, data that may be of a personal nature or not. The data never go out from the device on which the app itself is installed, nobody is able to see this data apart from you. However, if you make a backup, be sure to protect and take care of this file, it contains all your data.

Changes to this Terms and Conditions
I may update this Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
