Easily create the Customer card - you can manually retrieve the data from your address phone book. Enter the customer by locating it on Google Maps - you can associate labels (e.g. Supplier) or Zones with your customer
Through the "Customer List" link, you can access "Search Customers" view: search by entering a text - you can also set the extraction filters (for example) on the "Labels" or on the "Zones" - you can create a PDF with the extracted list. Click on a Customer Card to access its detail card
Navigate the Customer card through the various sections at the top - you can access the "Data" area and easily make a call or plan a visit thanks to the integration with Google Map - these actions are automatically traced in the section "Activities" of the Customer Card
You can access the "Photos" section and take a new photo or upload a photo from the device's gallery: all your customer's photos can be easily viewed. You can edit photos, labels, share via WhatApp. By clicking on the "Report PDF" icon (on top bar), send a PDF report with all customer data and photos !!!
Access the "Pricing Proposal" section to quickly generate a quote. Enter all the cost items and quantities and generate a PDF proposal to be sent to the customer (for example) via email
Access the "Notes" section to insert notes - for each note you can generate an event in your device calendar or set a reminder
You can view all customers located on the Map - by clicking on the customer, you can quickly access the Detail Card or Google Map to plan the route
Search and view the generated Price Proposal - by clicking on a quote, go directly to the Customer area
You can search and view the generated reports ("Customer List" or "Customer Detail" report), view the PDF Report and send via email or WhatsApp
Tools for data management. You can make a backup, by exporting all data to a CSV. The file can then be used to upload / import to another device. You can delete all the data or perform a massive upload of Contacts from a file in VCF format
